In this article, we present the results from the study “Predicting Sales Performance”, where ProSales Institute, together with Assessio, have investigated which personality traits distinguish successful salespeople. We tell you which personality traits stand out:
- successful salespeople in general,
- partly successful salespeople in traditional and complex sales.
The study shows that the true personality of successful salespeople is not what most people think.
